Next Level Business designs, deploys and operates custom AI Employee systems for businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, fees and timelines for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or proposal between you and us. These Terms apply alongside any such agreement; where they conflict, the signed engagement agreement prevails.

• Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Reverse engineer, copy or resell our services without written permission.
• Submit content that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.

All content, branding, designs, software and systems made available through our website and services remain the property of Next Level Business or its licensors. Custom systems built for a client are governed by the terms of the relevant engagement agreement. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our underlying methods, tools or intellectual property.

Where we deploy an AI Employee on your behalf, you are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents for the conversations and data the system processes, and that your use complies with applicable laws, including communication and data-protection regulations in your jurisdiction.

Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available”. While we work to deliver reliable, high-quality systems, we do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that they will achieve any specific business outcome. Any performance figures shown are illustrative and not guarantees of results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next Level Business will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access to our website or services if you breach these Terms. Termination of any engagement is otherwise governed by the relevant engagement agreement.
